  • Treat the gift card like cash. Stolen gift cards or shared gift card details (voucher code, PIN number) will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. 
  • Gift Card balance must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the digital gift card. It is the responsibility of the digital gift card holder to use the full value before the expiry date. Unused balances on expired digital gift cards will not be refunded or credited. 
  • Gift Card is single use only, and any remaining balance after redemption cannot be refunded or reused.

• How to Swap / Exchange: 
  • Upon receiving the Tara Waterfall eGift Card, the recipient has two choices:
  • Retain and use the original Gift Card or Swap it for a different participating Retailer or Operator brand of their choice (within the same category e.g. Occasion Gift Card or Experience Gift Card). Cross Category exchanges/Swap are not permitted.
  • Once a decision is made, the gift card can be:
    • Stored in the Infinity Gift Card App wallet, and/or
    • Downloaded as a PDF for use.
  • The Gift Card can then be redeemed at the Merchant Location, based on the Merchant’s acceptance terms.
