1. How can I redeem an E gift voucher? You can redeem a voucher only at Hill store provide the voucher code to the cashier when you are checking out you can show the wall voucher through your phone. E-voucher are not elite for purchase made online.
2. How can I present the E gift voucher to the cashier? E voucher can be provided in a digital form like showing an email on the phone. 
3. Can I use my E-gift voucher for online purchase? No E voucher cannot be redeemed online 
4. What is the validity period for a gift voucher? This a gift voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of the issue. It is stated on the voucher 
5. Can this be converted into cash or a physical gift voucher? No. This cannot be converted to cash, or another gift voucher should be used to purchase good within the validity period. 
6. Can I redeem the E gift voucher multiple times? No this gift voucher should be redeemed in total on a single purchase remaining amount will not be refunded as cash. 
7. Can I get the unutilised amount in my gift voucher in cash? No. Any unauthorised amount of the value of the E gift voucher, after single purchase will not be refunded in cash or otherwise.
8. If my gift voucher code is misplaced, can I get a new one? Unfortunately lost or misplaced a gift voucher would be considered as redeemed and will not be replaced. 
9. Will I get Nexus point for my E gift voucher at the redemption? 
10. Nexus points will be awarded only on purchase of the vouchers and not on redemption
