Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Harmony Haven! To ensure a pleasant and seamless experience for all our guests, please review the following terms of stay:

Digital gift cards are to be treated as cash. Altered, lost or stolen digital gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Digital gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at Harmony Haven Camping Udawalawa in Sri Lanka; not redeemable for cash; cannot be reloaded and cannot be used for payment of credit or retail accounts. A digital gift card balance must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the digital gift card. It is the responsibility of the digital gift card holder to use the full value before the expiry date. Unused balances on expired digital gift cards will not be refunded or credited. If a purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the customer must make up the difference with another payment method. The customer is liable for all transactions on the digital gift card. If credit remains on a digital gift card after a transaction is made, the remaining balance will be stored on the original digital gift card. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of use at any time.

Reservations and Payments - Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon Confirmation of Infinity Gift Card details.

Check-In and Check-Out

1. 1. Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   2. Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Property Usage

1. 1. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
   2. Noise Levels: Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Safety and Conduct

1. 1. Wildlife Awareness: The resort is located near natural habitats; guests are advised to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines provided by staff.
   2. Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property.

Children and Pets

1. 1. Children: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
   2. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements are made.

Activities and Excursions

1. 1. Participation: Guests join activities at their own risk. The resort is not liable for injuries or accidents.
   2. Safari Tours: Entrance fees to parks are not included in activity packages unless stated otherwise.

Liability

1. 1. Belongings: The resort is not responsible for the loss of personal items. Please use the provided safekeeping facilities.
   2. Force Majeure: The resort is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or power outages.

Cancellation Policy

At Harmony Haven, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to all guests.

1. 1. Free Cancellation - Cancellations made at least 14 days before your arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
   2. Partial Refund - For cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
   3. No Refund - Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
   4. Special Circumstances - In case of emergencies, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you.
   5. No-Show - In case of a no-show, the total booking amount is non-refundable

To cancel your booking, please email us at your email address with your reservation details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
