• The Key Conditions of the use: 
  • Treat the gift card like cash. Stolen gift cards or shared gift card details (voucher code, PIN number) will not be replaced or refunded. 
  • The gift card can only be used for the purchase of goods and services at participating retailer or operator stores. 
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. 
  • Gift Card balance must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the digital gift card. It is the responsibility of the digital gift card holder to use the full value before the expiry date. Unused balances on expired digital gift cards will not be refunded or credited.
  • Gift Card is single-use only, and any remaining balance after redemption cannot be reused.
  • If a purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the customer must make up the difference with another payment method.
• Restrictions
  • The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or Stolen Cards - Treat your Gift Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
• How to Swap / Exchange: 
  • Upon receiving the FragrancebyChris eGift Card, the recipient has two choices:
  • Retain and use the original gift card in Store or swap/exchange it for a different participating retailer or operator brand of their choice (within the same category - (e.g., Occasion Cards or Experience Cards). Cross-category exchanges are not permitted.).
  • Once a decision is made, the gift card can be:
    • Stored in the Infinity Gift Card App wallet, and/or
    • Downloaded as a PDF for use.
  • The gift card can then be redeemed in-store, 108/B/4 Thalawathugoda Road, Pitakotte, Sri Lanka based on the retailer’s acceptance terms.
