When Do I Choose a Date?

Either you or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select your preferred dates after receiving the gift card voucher. Simply reach out to the Epic Ocean Adventure operator using the contact details provided on the gift card and confirmation email, and follow the booking instructions to enjoy your experience with Epic Ocean Adventure Diving Centre in Trincomalee.

• Suba Diving: 
  • PADI Discover Scuba Dive (Introducing Diving for the beginners)
  • Video Lessons (in English)

• Fun Dive (for certified divers):

  • Deep and night diving for AOWD
  • All necessary equipment is included

Essential Information

• • Your Gift Card must be redeemed at the Experience Operator’s office on the day of your visit. Please note that advance booking is required. Full booking instructions can be found on the Gift Card and in the confirmation, email sent by Infinity Gift Card.
  • All ages 12+ welcome
  • Gift Card is valid for 12 calendar months.
  • Language – English, Spanish, Russian and all other local languages
  • Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

Terms & Conditions

Digital gift cards are to be treated as cash. Altered, lost or stolen digital gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Digital gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at Epic Ocean Adventures Trincomalee PADI Resort in Sri Lanka; not redeemable for cash; cannot be reloaded and cannot be used for payment of credit or retail accounts. A digital gift card balance must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the digital gift card. It is the responsibility of the digital gift card holder to use the full value before the expiry date. Unused balances on expired digital gift cards will not be refunded or credited. If a purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the customer must make up the difference with another payment method. The customer is liable for all transactions on the digital gift card. If credit remains on a digital gift card after a transaction is made, the remaining balance will be stored on the original digital gift card. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of use at any time.

Gift Card Redemption Policy:

 Gift cards are valid for use only between February and November each year. Please note that if a gift card is received in October, it may not be redeemable within November of the same year due to limited availability. In such cases, the card can be redeemed starting from February of the following year.
