Digital gift cards are to be treated as cash. Lost, stolen, or altered digital gift cards will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed under any circumstances.

The Barnhouse offers two types of gift cards: Value-Based and Experience-Based. These gift cards are redeemable exclusively for accommodation, dining, and other curated experiences offered by The Barnhouse Studio, Panadura, Sri Lanka. They are not redeemable for cash, non-reloadable, and cannot be used to pay off credit or retail accounts.

Each digital gift card must be redeemed before the expiry date indicated on the card. It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder to utilize the full value before expiration. Any unused balance on an expired digital gift card will not be refunded, credited, or reinstated.

If a transaction exceeds the remaining balance on the digital gift card, the difference must be paid using an alternative payment method. The cardholder is responsible for all transactions made with the digital gift card. Any remaining balance after a transaction will be retained on the original card for future use.

The Barnhouse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
